We wanted to make you aware of changes to our payment processing starting this February 1, 2026.
 
What is Changing?
Beginning February 2026, all credit card transactions will be subject to a 3% processing fee. This includes:

Standard credit card payments.
One-time use virtual cards (generated via Bill Pay or banking portals). Please ensure these are authorized for the total amount including the 3% fee to ensure successful processing.
 
How to Avoid Processing Fees
We understand that some customers will wish to avoid these fees, so we are pleased to offer two convenient ways to pay without any additional charges:
ACH/Bank Transfer: Starting February 1, we will begin offering ACH as a payment option. For customers currently on Credit Card terms, we can instead process ACH at the time of shipment.
Check: For customers currently on terms, you may continue to pay via physical check. This avoids fees and is always our preferred method of payment! If you’re currently on Credit Card terms and would like to switch to Net 30 to pay by check (or ACH), please let us know and we’ll be happy to switch you to Net 30.
If you would like to continue to utilize credit card as your preferred method of payment with us, please be advised that the 3% fee will be assessed at the time of the card being processed.
